Why does my result differ by 1 day from another tool?

What happens if today is my Birthday?

How are February 29 leap year birthdays handled?
In non-leap years, a February 29 birthday is recognized on February 28, the last day of February. This is the most widely accepted legal standard across most countries. In leap years, February 29 is used as normal.
Does it Account for Time Zones?
The tool works at date-level precision only, so time zones do not affect results. Since no birth time is entered, the live counter starts from midnight (00:00:00) on your birth date. This is the standard assumption when birth time is unknown.
What is the difference between completed Age and Running age?

Chinese zodiac cycles through 12 animals over 12 years based on birth year, starting with the Rat and ending with the Pig. The estimate applies the medical average of 70 beats per minute to total minutes lived since birth. A 30-year-old has an estimated 1.1 billion heartbeats. This is a statistical approximation for perspective, not a clinical measurement, as actual rates vary by health and fitness.

Why is the result showing dashes instead of My Age?
This means no calculation has been triggered yet or an invalid date was entered. Enter a valid past date in the Date of Birth field and click the Calculate Age button. Results do not update automatically without pressing the button.
Why is the Date input not working on iPhone or Safari?
Tap directly on the date input field to open the native iOS date picker. If it does not appear, ensure iOS is updated to at least version 14. The field expects dates in YYYY-MM-DD format. Chrome for iOS is the most reliable alternative if Safari’s picker behaves inconsistently.
Why is the Live Counter not updating or frozen?

Why do the buttons not respond when clicked?

Why is the Zodiac sign wrong for my birth date?
Cusp dates, typically the 20th to 23rd of a month, sit on the boundary between two signs and the exact cutoff shifts by a day each year.
